Description du posteType de contratContrat d’apprentissageFonctionFonctions Support – InformatiqueIntitulé du posteGroup Collaborative Project Analyst H/FDescription de la missionFor GEODIS D&T Group, we are offering a confirmed Group Collaborative Project Analyst position hosted within the group D&T Digital Business Platforms department.The candidate will handle several scopes of responsibilities as follows:Contribute to Collaborative Solutions strategy update :

• Support D&T Group Collaborative & Communication Project Manager to update portfolio and pilot roadmap of collaborative applications by gathering:

• Business requirements, features and retirement that could happen in the next 24 months
• Proposing innovating enhancements
• Gathering team members workload

Collaborative Applications Project management :

• Lead dedicated Corporate IT proofs of concepts / projects with the support of Project Manager
• Document target solutions
• Update communication on achievements and projects progress

Collaborative Applications Users Experience Improvement :

• Help D&T Support team to optimize user assistance by providing clear Working Instruction. – Build operational processes to ensure quality of service delivery between D&T services
• Contribute to create original video content to share best practices about collaborative solutions.

Profil du candidat

• BAC + 3 in software engineering
• Ability to synthetize and to prepare clear reports
• Good planning skills and ability to build successful relationships
• Fluent in English and French
• Pro-active, interested and solutions oriented.
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Good communication skills
