Job One – Grounds/Garden Maintenance Operatives- Oxford Business Park – OX4 – X3 Roles Available

Grounds Maintenance / Garden Maintenance operatives are required by one of UK’s largest Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance specialists

Duties will include Grass / Lawn Cutting, Edging, Strimming, Hedge cutting, Litter Picking and Weed control and all gardening/grounds maintenance duties, using mowers and powered tools.

Experience is essential

A drivers license is preferred but not essential

Permanent roles are available after a successful probation period

Pay rate for drivers while working with us candidates can choose to be paid GBP13.45 per hour with no paid holiday or GBP12+ holiday pay. Whenever you are permanent with the company (after around 13 to 15 weeks) you will be paid GBP12+ holiday pay

The working hours are 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Job Two – Grounds Maintenance Supervisor – Oxford Business Park – OX4

A garden maintenance Supervisor is required by one of the UK’s leading Horticulture and Grounds maintenance specialists

The duties will be being a charge hand leading small team and include Grass / Lawn Cutting, Edging, Strimming, Hedge cutting, Litter Picking and Weed control and all gardening/grounds maintenance duties, using mowers and powered tools.

Team leader experience and a driver’s license is essential

Permanent roles are available after a successful probation period

While working with us candidates can choose to be paid GBP17.90 per hour with no paid holiday or 15.97 holiday pay. Whenever you are permanent with the company (after around 13 to 15 weeks) you will be paid GBP15.97 + holiday pay

You will be leading a mobile team of two or three workers

The working hours are 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday
