Short DescriptionGreat opportunity to join SAS’s wide-bodied aircrafts.SAS are looking for experienced type rated and non- type rated, First Officers to join our Mixed Fleet Flying (MFF) program, (a combination of A320/A330) with base in Copenhagen.About the RoleIn your first year, you will be type-rated on the Airbus A330 and join our long-haul operations, flying international routes to destinations in USA. After approximately one year, you will also be type-rated on the A320, becoming a part of MFF.Hence our expanding operations, we now offer excellent career advancement opportunities and permanent contracts. Whether you are drawn to long-haul or short-haul flights, SAS provides a dynamic environment with ample opportunities for growth.Start Your Career at SASAs a new pilot at SAS, you will begin your journey on some of the industry’s newest and most modern aircraft: the Airbus A320, and A330. With experience and dedication, you can progress to become a Captain, assuming greater responsibilities and leading your own crew. Expected upgrade time is around 5 years. Please note this may change yearly.Who You AreYou possess excellent piloting skills, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to cooperate effectively with a wide range of colleagues. You are resilient, manage stress well, and consistently ensure that our customers have a safe and enjoyable flight.Requirements

  • EASA ATPL
  • ATPL theory (Frozen ATPL)
  • 1500 Total flying hours, with 1000 of these on Multicrew
  • Minimum 250 PIC hours
  • Instrument Rating
  • EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Completed Advanced UPRT course
  • English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher
  • Right to live and work in the EU
  • Clean criminal record
  • Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but must be converted before course starts
