The role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in creating designs within the e-commerce and merchandise domain. In this role, you will be responsible for creating product designs, mockups, sub-store landing page graphics, and defining color schemes for the landing pages. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to ensure that all designs meet the highest standards and align with each content creator’s brand. This is a hands-on role with significant opportunities to shape and refine our design offerings for content creators.

Your responsibilities

  • Product Designs: Create visually appealing and brand-aligned product designs for content creators.
  • Mockups: Develop high-quality mockups for products to be used in sub-store landing pages and promotional materials.
  • Sub-store Landing Page Graphics: Design graphics for sub-store landing pages, ensuring a cohesive and attractive visual presentation.
  • Color Schemes: Define and implement color schemes for sub-store landing pages to enhance brand identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to align designs with overall strategy and client needs.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of design processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design (in-house or in a creative agency)
  • Understanding of graphic design principles, design thinking, branding
  • Advanced Adobe and FIGMA skills
  • Excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, without constant supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs
  • Bonus points if you have experience with merch or product design
  • Experience working with content creators is a plus, but not required
