Urgently seeking a Graphic Designer,
Initial 6 Month contract and the position will be based in Dublin.
Your primary responsibilities will include, on request:
1. Designing visually compelling email templates and headers that align with our brand and communication goals.
2. Developing Google Slide presentations that effectively convey information while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
3. Creating engaging print materials (ie. posters, pull-up banners, flyers) and SWAG (ie. t-shirts, hats) for internal events and announcements.
4. Designing unique logos that represent our various internal initiatives and programs.
5. Crafting GIFs and motion graphics that add an interactive and dynamic element to our communications.
6. Manage creative deliverables including resizing to address different mediums and country needs
Skills and requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly within a business environment.
2. Proficiency in GoogleSlides, with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating professional and engaging presentations.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
4. A strong understanding of design principles, graphic fundamentals and the ability them to various mediums, including digital and print.
5. A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
6. Excellent communication skills, both in receiving feedback and in articulating your design ideas.
7. The ability to work independently on individual projects, with time frames ranging from 2-15 hours per project, while also collaborating effectively with teams to meet deadlines
8. Flexibility and adaptability to meet client expectations
Even better to have:
x25CF; Experience in designing short engaging videos and motion graphics with proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
x25CF; A background/experience in illustration
x25CF; Experience with email communication platforms such as Poppulo
