Graduate Support Engineer: Data Centre – Trane UK Ltd

A great opportunity to join our Basingstoke offices based at Trane UK Ltd. To take responsibility for supporting the external Sales Team by conducting the following duties in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Incoming Sales calls

• Take notes and pass to relevant Sales Engineer

• Provide quotations to customers

• Select and provide Technical Specs for Ancillary Equipment

• Produce Draft Quote templates as required

• Produce Draft Costings

• Evaluate Export Enquiries and administer/distribute where relevant

• Maintain a Technical Files

• Ensure Enquiries are logged and distributed effectively internally to either Sales or Engineering

• Liaise with Sales Order processing as required

• Attend sales meetings as required

• Attend Technical meetings as required

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineer Degree is an advantage

Key Competencies:

• Previous experience of working in a technical environment

• Excellent time management skills

• Customer Service experience and good telephone manner

• Computer skills intermediate to advance
