About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Quality Engineer to join our team at the Altopascio plant. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the quality team, playing a key role in the day-to-day activities of monitoring, maintaining, and improving our production processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our quality systems and ensure that all products meet or exceed the established quality standards.

This role is offered on a fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Analyze product and process non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, safety, and quality performance.
• Oversee quality control procedures for finished products and incoming raw materials, ensuring that they meet required specifications.
• Prepare and manage quality reports and technical documentation, providing clear and accurate records of quality performance.
• Support the preparation and execution of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Who you are

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Management, or Chemical Engineering).
• Strong interest in quality management and knowledge of key industry standards (ISO 9001).
• Good proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in quality or production environments is preferred (including internships or co-op experiences).
