Job Description

Our Clinical Operations Team within Medical Affairs is looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join us as an Associate Research Project Manager. This role presents an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the development and execution of clinical research projects, including investigator-initiated studies (MISPs) and local data generation (LDG) studies. As part of the graduate program, you will take on end-to-end management of your own studies and gain exposure by supporting clinical operations initiatives and workshops.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of MISPs and LDGs. Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring efficient management of MISPs studies in compliance with global and local standards. Effective project management of studies e.g. vendor management support, sponsor site management , drug supplies, site visits and audit, maintaining internal databases and tracking tools. Coordinate all administrative and payment processes related to new and on-going studies

2. Meeting and regularly communicating with Sponsors via visits, teleconferences and e-mail contact (with a minimum of monthly meetings with each active centre). 

3.Supporting clinical operation initiatives, trainings, workshops and with sufficient training have the opportunity to lead/co-lead on relevant projects.

4. Supporting operational aspects for LDGs, working alongside Medical Advisors, Medical Science Liaisons and other internal and external personnel. Providing operational and study management support in the planning, conduct and reporting activities.

Requirements

  • You must be a recent graduate looking to join the programme for 24 months.
  • Professional, good communication skills both verbal and written, high attention to detail, good interpersonal skills
  • High organization skills with ability to prioritise tasks, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Understanding of clinical research, ABPI Code of Practice and GCP guidelines.
  • Strategic thinker who visualises the way forward, identifying opportunities that add value to the work, to the business and to our customers.
