  • Russell Group graduates needed – Specialisms in Maths, English, Science, Geography, History, MFL, Computer Science, or Psychology
  • A 1st or 2:1 degree is essential
  • Prior experience is welcomed but not required for this role

Graduate Academic Mentor – Job Specification

  • Provide tailored support to ensure GCSE and A-Level students excel within your subject specialism
  • Collaborate with a highly respected team at an inner-city, Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school and sixth form college
  • Support students with additional needs reach their targets
  • Enhance your personal skills and professional CV by learning excellent teaching techniques
  • Competitive pay between £500-£560 per week
  • Progression opportunities – Enrol in the incentivised ‘train to teach’ scheme starting September 2025
  • Work hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Full-time, long-term role
  • Start date: September 2024
