The Sealed Air B.V. location in Nijmegen is a production facility for industrial packaging, producing Instapak® (polyurethane foam packaging) and New Air® (inflatable bubble wrap). About 100 employees work at this site.Job Description: Group Performance Leader / Production leaderWhat does a GPL / Production leader do? Why you ?

• Safety: Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Leadership: Coach and manage Team Performance Leaders, Operators, Logistics, and Planning teams with a focus on development and motivation.
• Process Optimization: Enhance production processes through the Performance Management System (PMS).
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and adjust KPIs related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Communication: Lead handover and evaluation meetings to discuss KPI goals and improve coordination.
• Problem Solving: Conduct root-cause analyses and escalate issues to relevant teams.
• Reporting: Report and analyze production performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Improvement Projects: Initiate and lead projects like SMED, TPM, and Kaizen.

Candidate Profile:

• HBO level of work and thinking.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Leadership experience in a technical or production environment.
• Skilled in coaching, motivating, and guiding teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Team player capable of collaborating positively with diverse disciplines.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
