Position overview
Allnex is looking for an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented and motivated colleague to join its global tax team. As a Tax Analyst (functional area, e.g. transfer pricing), you will analyze multiple tax relevant transactions, processes or other opportunities. You will assist with tax management and deliver high-quality tax support to help strengthen the allnex financial integrity and its after-tax results.
You are a fast learner and team player with a curious mindset. You possess strong analytical skills and a persistence, and you have an eye for improvement opportunities. If so, we look forward to your application.
Responsibilities
-Organize and manage the worldwide CIT withholding tax (WHT) compliance process in collaboration with the local finance controllers, the regional tax managers, the Treasury and A/P teams;
-Assist in the preparation, in close collaboration with the local finance controllers, of all relevant WHT returns according to the country specific regulations;
-Ensure mandatory tax withholdings occur;
-Manage and collect documentation required for withholding tax compliance;
-Conduct research, fact finding on legislation (both local tax legislation and/or relevant double tax treaties) and prepare withholding tax advice for the relevant; stakeholders and act as a leader in the stakeholder management process;
-Follow the legislation changes and make sure they are implemented within allnex accordingly;
-Lead or assist with ad hoc direct tax related projects.
Required skills and experience
-Bachelor`s or Master Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Tax or equivalent education;
-At least 1-2 years international income tax accounting and compliance experience;
-Knowledge of, exposure to IAS 12;
-Tax accounting software knowledge (OTP experience preferred);
-Can do attitude and willingness to engage into continuous learning;
-Excellent internal & external communication skills.;
-Excellent project management skills and team player;
-Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
-Willingness to operate on a flexible schedule.
