The position is responsible for supporting the Trade Compliance process improvements to optimize the supply chain and will be the primary point of contact for answering questions and resolving import-export day-to-day trade compliance issues. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal departments including Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Quality to ensure that all trade compliance requirement is met. The ideal candidate will form relationships and partner closely with internal colleagues and freight forwarders.This position is part of Global Supply Chain located in Stargard, Poland and will be On Site. If you thrive in a multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class Supply chain, organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Support daily enquirers from the warehouse, brokers, freight forwarders etc.Support that Radiometers Operating Companies (OpCos) to be compliant with domestic and foreign import and export requirements.Manage government requirements (license application, communication with the authority etc.)Operational elements of trade compliance program (classification, valuation, and broker management)Improve, and execute all aspects of a trade compliance program, including process design, periodic self-testing, training, and education.Review, respond to, and escalate as necessary all government inquiries related to trade compliance.Participate in internal and external audits and disclosures.The essential requirements of the job include:Around 5 years of experience within a Trade Compliance, Imports and Exports (shipping department) or Logistics role.Strong analytical skills with experience in order management, international shipping processes and gap analysis.Must be comfortable working with large data sets.Strong attention to details.Good at prioritizing, meeting deadlines and working under pressure.Fluent in Polish and English both writing and oral.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Readiness for business trips up to 10% per year.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Dealing with Customs offices.High understanding on HTS Classification.Valuation.We offer the following:Attractive salary and additional bonus in accordance with company policy.Employment based on a work contract (UoP).Private medical care and life insurance.Co-financing of meals in the company cafeteria.Contribution to sports memberships and purchases related to sports and culture.Company Social Fund – subsidy for holidays, non-refundable financial assistance.Professional development support – possibility of receiving funding for trainings, higher education, or language learning.Employee Assistance Program – free and fully confidential psychological, legal, and financial counseling support for employees and their family members.Sports hall access.Join our winning team today.
