The Global Technical Training Partner creates value through preparing, conducting, evaluating, and monitoring the impact of engaging technical training programs. Furthermore, the Global Technical Training Partner provides guidance and consultation on training materials, training impact analyze and training projects to the field operations and GTL business partner. By providing and ensuring high quality technical training delivery for our field employees we ensure that our employees have the skills necessary to achieve the organizations strategic goals and stay in tuned with an increasingly changing environment.

We Elevate… Your Responsibilities

  • Designing learning experiences and solutions that apply the most adequate learning method and tools

  • Being updated regarding latest corporate learning tendencies to ensure state of the art learning experiences

  • Facilitating face to face and virtual training events, using engaging facilitation skills to actively engage and motivate the learners

  • Managing technical training and certification related projects

  • Leveraging data-enabled decisions to improve people and organizational performance

  • Train and prepare Master Trainers for training rollouts

  • Partner with subject matter experts and field operation to implement and deploy learning solutions that meet business needs and requirements

We Elevate… Your Best Self

  • Qualification as a mechanical or electrical engineer (graduation technical college or equivalent)

  • Desired experience of at least 5 years in the elevator business and knowledgeable of elevator terminology

  • Experience in creation and conducting of technical trainings

  • English (C2 or higher), German language is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite

  • High level of customer and people orientation

  • Effective communication, training and project management skills
