Position Summary:As a valued member of the Global Technical & Production (T&P) team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in an environment that fosters innovation and excellence. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Operation Technology Engineering team (OT), Global IT teams, and industry-leading professionals who are dedicated to securing and enhancing our global Factory Floor infrastructure. The T&P FFIT team is at the forefront of delivering robust, and cutting-edge technological solutions that prioritize resilience, aligning with business needs and ensuring user satisfaction. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in optimizing and securing Factory Floor infrastructure and solutions, contributing to a seamless experience for end users. In this position, You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our strategies, ensuring that our solutions surpass industry standards.A Day in the Life of a Global Tech Expert:

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of IT Solutions Architecture for shopfloor to support and optimize T&P solutions architecture. Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and SCADA solutions from main OT suppliers (like Aveva, Rockwell, Siemens, etc).
  • Programming Expertise: Deep Knowledge with scripting, Powershell, T-SQL or equivalent.
  • Testing & validation solution: Conducting in-depth analysis Performing thorough testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions.
  • Documentation of Training Materials: Creating comprehensive training materials and product documentation for the designated product area.
  • Training & Coaching: Delivering training sessions to the FFIT Market, factories, deployment, and support teams.
  • Global Support: Provide technical support for global programs and projects, ensuring high resilience and optimal user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving our FFIT solutions and work proactively to implement enhancements.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products promptly and efficiently.

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in network infrastructure.
  • Security Expertise: comprehensive understanding in the product vulnerability addressing
  • Technical Skills: Ability to manage and troubleshoot complex solutions in factories environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
  • Analytical Person: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in virtualizing machines and applications.
  • Practical experience working in DevOps organizations with applied Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
