We are seeking a dynamic Global S&OP Manager to lead our S&OP process across multiple international production sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and have a passion for aligning demand, capacity, and long-term planning, this role is for you.Your function
- Lead the Global S&OP Process:
You will oversee the end-to-end S&OP process, including demand and capacity planning, data analysis, and executive S&OP meetings.
- Integrate Global Production Sites:
Onboard and refine S&OP processes at our production sites in the USA (Cincinnati), Spain, Brazil, India, and Belgium. Ensure alignment across regions and build a consolidated global overview.
- Drive Short- and Long-Term Planning:
Manage 3-month production scheduling, 18-month capacity and staffing plans, and 5-year strategic planning for capital expenditures.
- Inventory Optimization:
Balance inventory levels with service requirements to ensure efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction.
- KPI Reporting and Dashboarding:
Consolidate key global Operations and Supply Chain metrics into structured dashboards and present monthly updates to senior management.
- Process Refinement:
Continuously refine and improve the global S&OP process to ensure efficiency and scalability.Your profile
- Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a multinational industrial company
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with complex spreadsheets
- Ability to streamline processes and make them efficient and sustainable
- Strong communication and influencing skills to drive alignment among stakeholders
- Experience in balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy
- Detail-Oriented: You are diligent, thorough, and committed to working with accurate data
- Problem-Solver: You enjoy gathering and analyzing data to make informed decisions and improve processes
- Continuous Improvement: Always looking for ways to enhance and refine your approach, you are growth-oriented and open to new ideas
Travel & Work Requirements:
- Travel:
20% travel during the first year for process integration, then reduced to 10% for ongoing management.
- Office Presence:
