To strengthen our Finance Beverage Team we are looking for a Sales Controller in our Headquarter in Fuschl am See. As part of the Finance Area Sales organization, you act as a business partner to the International Sales teams.

In this position you are responsible to further develop and roll-out global sales controlling tools and to provide global sales controlling expertise for local finance organizations. The ideal candidates already have Sales Controlling experience and are ambitious to further develop their career within the Red Bull Finance organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

  • GENERAL SALES CONTROLLING
  • Act as a sparring partner for the country organizations regarding the improvement of the long-term profitability.
  • Further development of global pricing and promotion tools.
  • Test, train, and provide support for existing and new sales controlling integration projects.
  • Ensure quality of customer profitability analysis throughout all Red Bull organizations.
  • Increase global sales controlling know-how via finance academies.
  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
  • Business partner for the International On- and Off Premise teams for cost planning and reporting.
  • Reporting and budgeting process of global key accounts with the global key account management.
  • Support system entry of international agreements including the matching of customer invoices.
  • MONTH END CLOSING / REPORTING / ANALYSIS
  • Run month-end closing routines including reconciliation of the internal systems.
  • Analysis of global sales volume, value, and trade expenses.
  • Coordinate monthly accrual process.
  • Perform ad hoc calculations.
  • PLANNING & FORECASTING
  • Coordinate timings and input needed during the budget process.
  • Reconciliation of internal planning systems.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally as a Sales Controller in the FMCG industry
  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance
  • Fluent in English
  • IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (ERP – SD, FI, COPA / BI / Hyperion, etc)
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Basic accounting and tax knowledge
  • Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and able to define alternatives
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal customers, cross functional teams and global technical teams
  • Travel 0-10%

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
