The position
By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:

Lead and deliver annual global compensation review processes, providing comprehensive reward support for salary review, bonus proposal, market benchmarking, policies, processes, communication and data reports.

Develop and Lead reward strategies that support corporate, business and country vision.

Lead the implementation of any new global scheme together with Total Reward (TREW) when needed.

Support TREW leading reward assurance activities.

Advise the business and senior management in different projects aligned to each country reward strategy.

Lead strategic projects including review the countries reward policies, salary structure and other compensation elements when needed and propose changes based on market data, local or corporate requirements.

Prepare and advise on strategic positions salary assessments for different countries, including offer letters, contract of employments and other letters related to reward.

Build and maintain relationships with third party suppliers ensuring effective governance and value from their service.

Advise on band determination according to the Equinor’s career framework when needed including support to organisational changes.
You

5-10 years of relevant experience in global compensation and benefits roles in complex multinational organisations preferably.

Master or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Strong analytical, communication and project management skills to drive results.

Experience in working with a combination of both strategic and operational tasks.

Excellent skilled user of Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI and other relevant tools.
-
Fluent in English,both written and oral.
-
Motivated and able to challenge status quo, drive change and continuous improvement.
-
Proven ability to determine priorities in alignment with the business needs and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
-
Ability to take hands-on approach and follow-through.
