The team below consists of two managers who report into this role as direct reports and each lead a team of 4-5 technologists.About the position

• Leading the global R&D product portfolio for all cream-related projects, crème fraiche, sour cream, whipping cream, multipurpose, coffee cream, for all channels (ie Retail, FS, private label, industrial)

• Proactively translate and propose business needs (based on brand funnels) into the R&D agenda.
• Continuously screening new technologies for new opportunities to improve quality and cost and translating for upscale feasibly with your internal business partner with a medium—and long-term milestone agenda.
• Leading and partnering to build the new US product portfolio from scratch in to the future
• TPL for selected initiatives
• Key interfaces: technology teams within R&D / regional teams R&D / brand teams

• Successful R&D project leader experience for larger multi-million upscale projects
