Do you want to play a key role in a global program that aims to standardize and optimize inspection processes across multiple sites?Then you might be the perfect fit for our new Global Ramp-Up Manager (Operational Readiness) for the CVT Program at Novo Nordisk.The CVT Program is a global initiative aimed at delivering seven standardized automated visual inspection machines across various Novo Nordisk sites worldwide. The program’s goal is to ensure that all sites adhere to a unified set of user requirements and operational standards throughout the equipment’s lifecycle. The global team, primarily based in Denmark, supports local teams at each site, providing guidelines, direction, and governance to ensure successful implementation and operation.The Position
As our new Global Ramp-Up Manager, you will have a pivotal role in setting the direction and defining a standard approach for operational readiness and ramp-up management.You will be responsible for creating the conditions to maintain the level of standardization and ensuring extensive collaboration with related stakeholders to achieve the same purpose.We are looking for an experienced colleague and your key tasks will include:
- Setting the direction and defining a standard approach for Operational Readiness and Ramp-Up management, being responsible for creating the conditions to maintain the level of standardization, monitoring major schedules and milestones and setting the governance structure for ramp-up based on a standard approach.
- Ensuring extensive collaboration with related stakeholders to aim for the same purpose, supporting and mentoring local Ramp-Up Managers.
- Monitoring sites’ ramp-up performance and ensuring dynamic risk assessment.
- Facilitating learning and sharing across sites and standard owners, facilitating handover to daily operation and reporting status and escalating in the Ramp-Up Steering Group.
- Adhering to systems and tools to support the KPIs and purpose.
- Applying a Quality and cLEAN® mindset on the shop floor.
Some occasional travel of a few weeks per year may occur to our sites in Brazil, France, US and China.Qualifications
You have:
- Master’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with operational best practices and standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including very strong stakeholder management skills and experience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
About the department
You will be part of AME, Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering, supporting all aseptic manufacturing sites at Novo Nordisk worldwide. The global CVT team resides in AME and is responsible for the overarching program, ensuring a standardized way of delivering and operating the inspection machines.
