You will be actively involved in driving project decision making and decision implementation as well as monitoring projects progress.The main tasks will include:Supporting and ensuring structured and timely project execution within agreed scope.Acting as the point of entry to the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the delivery of the right services.Coordinating and communicating intralogistics globally.Contributing to sub-projects and facilitating project meetings and activities.Managing projects with external vendors.You will also be responsible for planning and initiating social arrangements as well as coordinating communication between projects and programs. Moreover, you will be involved in management meetings and driving agendas, action items, and decision logs.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine you:Hold an academic degree preferably within Project Management, Innovation or other technological higher education.Have experience with Project Management and understanding of Project Execution Model (PEM) & Science- and Risk-based Validation (SRV).Are experienced with warehouse and logistics.Preferably have cLean & pharmaceutical industry experience.Communicate fluently in English, verbally and in writing.As a person, you are comfortable with taking initiative and have a strong personal drive and dedication. Bring a good sense of humour to work, even when the pressure is on, and you thrive in a changing and dynamic environment. Furthermore, you must be able to demonstrate attention to detail, be structured in your approach to problem-solving, and embrace professional and personal diversity.About the DepartmentThe Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX) Intralogistics department is responsible for optimizing and developing the intralogistics processes and systems at Novo Nordisk. We work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective intralogistics operations.
