With enhanced visibility of the flow of goods and information, we will predict and proactively eliminate waste, deliver an unrivalled customer experience, maximize value for Brambles, establish ourselves as a partner of choice to our suppliers, and protect our people and the planet.As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the Supply Chain Digitization team. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.You will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency to drive sustainable business growth and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, implement, and monitor business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and driving change to achieve strategic objectives and maximize value creation.You will manage end-to-end the Supply Chain Digitalization use cases as part of Supply Chain Digitization roadmap. You will be the link between business users and the technical team and support business translation into technology and implementation of tools.You will work closely with IT and Digital Brambles teams and with 3rd party companies to ensure the delivery of the Supply Chain Digitization roadmap.ScopeNumber of Countries: GlobalNumber of Locations: Global Service Centres and Office Spaces Related to Supply ChainMajor / Key Accountabilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure the successful execution of projects. Coordinate with team members, vendors, and third-party contractors as needed.
- Risk Management Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Escalating issues when necessary.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Facilitate regular communication and provide timely updates on project progress, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and requirements. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively. Assess the impact of change requests and coordinate with stakeholders to implement changes while minimizing disruption to project timelines and objectives. Be a change agent and manage the change properly to guarantee successful delivery and sustainability of the improvements implemented.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Report on the progress made on a weekly basis and prepare the project reviews Generate comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Work with external partners/suppliers and consultants to make sure we implement the best available technology and processes efficiently and drive the value for the business.
- Lead cross-functional communications with Supply Chain partners to drive efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the creation of current state mapping to form the basis of Use Case analysis.
- Work with cross functional team to ensure that the current state map is representative of the whole enterprise process.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design and create a Proof of Concept (POC) to prove the anticipated benefits.
- Apply the concepts and benefits of the Digital Tools (Control Tower, Robotic Process Automation – RPA, Predictive Analysis, Data Connectivity…) to design process improvements and identify and quantify the potential benefits.
- Create the future state map with sign off from the regional stakeholders.
- Support the creation of the business case with the regional stakeholders ensuring sign off and alignment.
- Work with the Cost Optimization Manager to ensure value delivery and tracking of benefits realization.

- Delivery of use cases as part of Supply Chain Digitization Roadmap on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

- Ensure solutions created are aligned with Supply Chain Digitization strategy.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar is requiredExperience
- 5 – 7 yrs. supply chain experience (gained within the CHEP supply chain a distinct advantage)
- Demonstrated strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated results in change management and driving value through change.
- Proven experience in mapping of processes and process improvement.
- Experience on turning data into insights and extracting value out of data.
- Desirable to have strong technical experience across a range of data-related tools and technologies such as databases or Data science environments like Databricks.
- Working with developing technologies and providing structured feedback into the product development cycle is important.
Skills and Knowledge
- Change Management and Project Management skills. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Broad Supply chain wide knowledge and interest
- Solid technical background with knowledge of software development concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Desirable to have knowledge on AI and cloud computing.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Strong presentation skills
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
