In this position you will play a key role in the department providing crucial support for the project managers, director, and our compliance manager.Some of your main tasks will be to:

  • Coordinate congress sponsorships with Healthcare Organisations (HCO) with different internal stakeholders across Global Medical Affairs
  • Coordinate contracts with external partners for grants, donations and sponsorships for e.g., scientific meetings, roundtables and study groups
  • Ensure oversight and follow-up of contracts to secure progress, coordinating with project managers, medical teams, compliance and legal
  • Keep status overviews up-to-date and ensure good data quality for reporting purposes

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • You have a finished university degree within administration or similar (e.g. Business Education, HD, Bachelor) and specific certification/course within project management is nice to have
  • Ideally, you have experience with contracting from a previous position
  • Some experience from the pharmaceutical industry would be a strong plus
  • You are highly skilled within MS Office, and you are a fast learner when it comes to new systems and processes
  • You communicate effortlessly in English at business level, both verbally and written

The ideal candidate has a strong customer service mindset, organises tasks independently and is well structured with a flair for details. It is important that you can manage deadlines, take ownership of your tasks, and can work with multiple and frequently changing priorities and stakeholders, using good collaboration skills.You are a natural team player who knows how to organise your days (ahead) and you have a strong quality mindset – which is particularly important in a regulated environment like the pharmaceutical industry. In a day-to-day setting you are known as a team-player with a can-do attitude. You are results-driven and a strong communicator – and like to have fun.About the department

In the team we maintain important external relationships with Medical Associations and Independent Medical Education providers, with who we collaborate to improve care for patients.
