This includes Direct Expansion market and product portfolio. The Product Manager understands the market globally, the competitive landscape, and the technical details of the product. The Product Manager works with the Manager/Director on the roadmaps and supports the execution through the product development process. The Product Manager is responsible for supporting the ongoing sustaining product management throughout its product lifecycle.What kind of work will you be doing?

  • Develop detailed requirements for new product requirements based on Market and Voice of the Customer and understanding of their product usage and buying journey. Cooperate with Regional product managers and country teams to receive requirements and to allow new thermal products introduction globally.
  • Collaborate to define differentiated offerings that deliver business value to customer: Single product or services or combination of product and services.
  • Work with the Manager/Director and Offering teams to align messaging and product direction with the full offering portfolio.
  • Develop the launch plan and execute with cross functional regional teams for new products and specific customers’ projects.
  • Manage ETO-C / custom sales’ projects and provide support to regional Offering Teams and Sales for quotation, technical support, special performances selections and follow up the projects during the different phases including management of witness tests.
  • Support the Sr. Manager / Director for marketing in developing business case(s) for new product and capabilities needed to support the custom thermal business.
  • Provide “train the trainer” content for the Regional Sales and Application Engineers and deliver training to support new launches.
  • Develop product collateral with support from cross functional teams to support new product launches and sustaining product evolutions to include presentations, product demos, competitive comparisons, product documentation, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Attend tradeshows, visit customers, meet with Sales Team, distributors and partners to ensure an accurate voice of customer is heard in all product plans.

What will make you successful?

  • University degree (BS or Master) in Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in the role
  • Strong Technical knowledge of HVAC preferably in data center applications
  • Strong business acumen and act as a CEO for the products managed by him/her
  • Effectively communicates technical information and complex ideas.
  • Experience working with customers and field sales teams
  • Strong written/oral communication in English
  • Time Travel: 20%
