Support the transformation roadmap to mature the OTC processes towards target stateYour daily tasks may include:

  • translating global process strategy and priorities into global and regional key focus areas, by providing process expertise and liaising with key OpCo and global stakeholders and transformation programs like Digital BackBone.
  • ensuring quality & progress assurance role in global/regional deployment of projects and act as first point of escalation for project team during global/regional project deployment, regarding issues and derogation
  • actively identifying opportunities to mature the process towards target state, driving process excellence through CPI, projects, and product teams
  • maintaining and optimizing global process flows, standards, and policies
  • providing process expertise to grow process towards target state, safeguarding the standards
  • identifying opportunities to mature the process-enabling digital solutions towards target state, working closely with product teams and key user groups, embedding improvements on the product roadmap
  • develop and maintenance of process performance dashboards and KPI frameworks
  • reviewing and advising on incoming process, technology, and organisational derogation requests for OpCos
  • planning, rolling out, and evaluating process maturity assessment
  • build internal networks to facilitate best practise sharing and identify areas for (continuous) improvement, standardisation, and efficiency.
  • support process mining initiatives.
  • leverage benchmarking structures to support target driven customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous cost improvement.
  • act as point of contact for OpCo queries

You are a good match if you have:

  • academic background in finance, accounting or business economics, and 4-6 years’ work experience, including proven experience in OtC with exposure to cross-functional and complex international environment, preferably in FMCG
  • In-depth knowledge of the End-to-End Order to Cash processes (Credit, Collection & Dispute management, Customer payments, Price maintenance, Invoicing),
  • process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking, but also able to dive into the details. Experience with process design & mapping, design of process and performance indicators, and identifying process risks and controls
  • demonstrated experience with organisational structures in OtC and exposure with Shared Service Centres.
  • strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, addressing conflicting priorities, ensuring tactical alignment. Working with and integrating broad areas within global finance and other global functions. Ability to switch between detail and helicopter view.
