Global People Development Specialist

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Global People Development team!

Your new role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Global People Development Specialist to join us on the journey of expanding our learning offering across Lundbeck. You will collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and vendors to create engaging and effective learning experiences for all, as well as design and facilitate some of our ongoing and new learning portfolio.

Your key ongoing priorities will include:

-Owning and facilitating engaging onboarding days for employees in our headquarter in Valby (Copenhagen) in English and Danish. Re-designing global onboarding journey to fully utilize e-learning opportunities.
-Taking a leading role in enhancing organizational awareness of career development planning resources by promoting Lundbeck’s development approach, tools, and resources to all employees globally to support Lundbeck global performance & development process.
-Developing, designing, and implementing global coaching and mentoring solutions for all employees, taking ownership of these programs post-launch to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
 

Your other day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-Designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions to accelerate employee development across Lundbeck globally, including researching and proposing new learning initiatives, as well as enhancements to existing learning programs.
-Curation of enterprise content library and co-creation of engaging learning journeys.
-Facilitating learning in multiple formats (instructor led, virtual instructor led).
-Identifying and analyzing training and development needs across all levels of the organization, developing solutions tailored to those needs.
-Reviewing existing programs, gathering feedback, and identifying content gaps. Making informed decisions on building or purchasing training materials.
-Developing strategies to assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning.
-Managing vendor relationships by providing the necessary oversight and consultation on the design and development.

Our Global People Development team of 8 is part of a Global Talent Center of Excellence based at our head office in Valby, Copenhagen. It is an exciting moment to join as we are currently expanding our people development offerings.

What you bring to the team

You are a highly organized, positive, and solution-oriented person, excited about employee development and creating fantastic learning experience for all. Your ideal qualifications include:

type=”disc”-
-Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in education, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in designing and implementing learning solutions that promote employee development and promote diversity, equity & inclusion.
-Proven experience in creating learner-centric content with a solid background in instructional design.
-Experience in developing and facilitating learning solutions across various modalities (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, webinars).
-Ability to conduct learning needs analysis and measure program effectiveness.
-Experience in coaching and developing others; certifications in coaching are beneficial.
-Great communication and collaboration skills.
-Advanced
presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, with project and vendor management experience.
-Fluency in English and Danish is essential.
 

Seniority of the position will be based on your experience and qualifications.
