We spend every day supporting our colleagues based all over the world with all aspects of mobility matters, ranging from ensuring legal compliance to enabling families settling.How you will make an impactYou will join a well-run Global Mobility function, which since 2020 have implemented both a new tax and mobility service vendor, a digital mobility platform, updated our long term assignment policy, implemented new commuter policies and created a complete Global Mobility Framework including cross border work. But we are eager to do more and better, and are looking into an exciting period exploring and supporting new ways of working. And we need you!As part of our team and as a trusted partner to the business you will get a highly dynamic work life. Together with our team you will juggle multiple tasks, including:

• act as trusted advisor to the business and families at all levels
• conduct risk assessments and ensure legal compliance in an ever changing world,
• draft contracts for expats and commuters,
• work closely with our vendors supporting our assignees and their families,
• build strong ties with our stakeholders, and drive the mobility agenda within Arla.

How you will be successfulTo succeed in this role you have minimum 5 years’ experience working with global mobility and cross border compliance. You understand the basics of social security and cross border regulation – especially from a Danish perspective. You enjoy taking the lead and juggling legal compliance while supporting business needs and getting things done. You possess a “yes-we-can” attitude, are solution-orientated and most importantly; a team player. Ideally you have worked at a consultancy house, law firm, SKAT, or an inhouse mobility function. But if you believe you have the right skills, we are happy to receive your application.
