As Global Medical Scientific Advisor VIE in our Global Medical team you will support the Global and Local Respiratory Medical team to prepare countries for approved and new indications, to develop, implement and support at country level the execution the Global Medical Affairs strategy of Dupilumab current licensed Pulmonology-Rhinology-Allergy-Gastroenterology indications as well as future age expansions. You will serve as a bridge between the Global and local team, providing scientific expertise and support across various therapeutic areas. The role involves the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, supporting clinical research, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals and compliance standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Educational and training activities, stakeholder engagement, alignment with the Global Medical plan.

• Closely collaborate, align, and coordinate with Country medical affairs organizations working in cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research), market access, public affairs, and regulatory functions.

• Provide scientific expertise to both global and local teams.

• Stay updated with the latest scientific and clinical developments in relevant therapeutic areas.

• Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on scientific strategies and initiatives. Support the local implementation of global initiatives and programs.

• Provides analyses and reviews of aligned Immunology areas and competitor products, making recommendations, which assist medical managers in the determination of current and future strategic direction.

• Develops therapy area reviews, product monographs, slide sets, training packages etc. as appropriate to business and customer needs.

• Prepares and delivers presentations for the cross functional team training programmes and briefing sessions, literature research, ensuring that complex scientific data and medical concepts are understood.

About you

Experie nce:

• Medical affinity and product knowledge is preferred.

• Experience with clinical studies is preferred.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and networking skills.

• Skilled in informatic tools and digital platforms.

• Analytical whilst able to retain a broad perspective.

• Ability to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment.

• Ability to learn new therapeutic areas and apply expertise.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellence in planning and operational execution.

Edu cation:

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or relevant (PharmD, PhD would be an asset).

Languag es:

• English is a must, Italian would be an asset.
