- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the global value chain to bring a unified medical perspective to all projects, supporting people with diabetes and healthcare professionals involved in diabetes management
- Leverage medical expertise to integrate medical insights across relevant projects, ensuring strong scientific exchange to enhance patient outcomes through insulin innovations.
- Operate both collaboratively and independently to drive and implement medical activities across headquarters, regions, and affiliates
- Facilitate robust scientific exchange related to data generation, interpretation, and communication
- Interact with key opinion leaders in the diabetes and insulin fields to influence the future of diabetes management

Proactive and impact-driven, you strive for meaningful outcomes and bring a “can do” attitude, fostering a positive and productive work environment.We’re looking for candidates who bring these qualifications:
- You must hold a medical doctorate degree (MD) with ideally previous scientific or clinical experience, a PhD will be a plus.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience within Medical Affairs or Drug Development is beneficial but not mandatory for this position
- Strong scientific understanding and ability to communicate complex data in a simple, accurate manner in the right context to various audiences
- Fluent in written and spoken English
