. * You will learn by working in your project, you will work with referents and you will have access to the entire BBVA training offer and to the Ninja project, a gamified training platform with a community of more than 11,000 participants with more than 2,000 talks, 1,300 workshops and 48 hackathons held.Minimum experience and skills:

• Academic background in Engineering, Maths, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• +5 years’ experience managing services linked to GM business (functional, technical or financial)
• Advanced knowledge of Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools…)

Optional:

• Broad knowledge of the whole product value chain (FO, BO, Accounting, Risk, etc.)
• Project management experience in Front Office environments.
• Experience interacting with trading desks, providers or systems linked to Market Data.
• MBA, Master Degree in Finance or other official technical, financial or Project Management certifications (CFA, FRM, etc.)

Language skills:

• English: C1.
• Spanish: fluent.

Soft skills:

• Expertise in team working with other areas.
• Project management and agile skills and tools fundamentals.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

OverviewThe Platform Strategy Management team has among its functions the management of the Global Markets technological investment Program, the Product Ownerships of specific projects, the specialized functional support of the trading platforms and the control of different categories of costs that affect the business platform. The position will also work actively on the management of market data, controlling its evolution and seeking opportunities for efficiency in operational and financial terms.
