About the job Global Market Access ManagerBecome a key contributor in the global market access organization to further strengthen Pharmacosmos pharmaceutical assets.Driving Global Market Access across products and treatment areas
Reporting to the Head of Global Market Access, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues while managing market access projects across multiple products, indications, and markets. Your role spans pre-launch to life cycle management, executing global market access strategies aligned with brand and cross-functional objectives.Key responsibilities include contributing to strategic and operational pricing, developing the Core Value Dossier and Health Economic Model, and supporting markets in communicating and implementing the products value proposition. You will also help guide assigned markets through reimbursement processes and engage with HTA bodies and key stakeholders.Additionally, you will support affiliates and partner markets in leading reimbursement initiatives at regional and local levels. Cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D will be essential to ensure strategic alignment.Strong market access toolbox
For this role, you are expected to hold an academic background in health sciences (market access, health economics, pharmacy, or similar) paired with app. 5 years of experience from the pharma or biotech industry within market access in a multi-country role (e.g. the Nordics). Furthermore, you have developed a strong foundation within health economics, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory processes across different markets. Additionally, you have a natural ability to build relationships and create networks with health care decision makers (HTA Bodies, KOLs, scientific societies, etc.). Finally, you are fluent in English.Personally, you are a strong and proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and you know how to influence, take initiative, create impact in important decision-making processes, and foster strong cross-functional teamwork in order to achieve business goals. Furthermore, analyzing complex issues, utilizing strategic thinking, and implementing operational plans are all elements that you master. Besides, you are characterized by being adaptable and efficient, which enables you to prioritize work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
