In the Global Talent Management team, you’ll have a pivotal role in crafting innovative apprentice and trainee programs that shape the future of our industry. You will have 2 main responsibilitiesCoordination and management of Trainees and Apprentices programmes

  • Develop and refine a comprehensive framework for trainee and apprentice programs, ensuring alignment with Vestas’ policies, processes, and guidelines
  • Offer expert support and advice to business managers and team leaders to facilitate effective development of trainees and apprentices according to business needs
  • Design and manage educational contracts and development plans tailored to the needs of trainees and apprentices
  • Oversee the application process for public funding and ensure compliance with educational governance standards

Support for Talent Programme Events

  • Collaborate in the planning and delivery of Vestas Talent Programme events, including webinars, workshops, and other professional development activities
  • Manage event logistics, such as securing venues, arranging catering, and preparing necessary materials, including printed documents
  • Communication by drafting emails, sending reminders, and extending invitations for Talent Programme events including promotional materials including social media

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in social science, psychology, human resources, business administration, or related fields, OR equivalent skills and experience gained through practical work in talent management, stakeholder engagement, or related areas
  • Experience with apprentice and trainee programs would be an advantage.
  • Methodical and structured approach to program management and concept development
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management at various organizational levels.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English skills
