By creating a new and ambitious path, it will provide a unique opportunity for us all, both professionally and personally.Join us, the future is ours to shape!As Global Inventory Program Manager, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for the Inventory Program that aims to free up cash through inventory reduction.Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the overall inventory reduction program for Sandoz
- Define the key process improvements and projects needed to achieve the aspirational goal set by SLT
- Make sure that the identified projects have proper resources and progress as expected
- Ensure that the process improvements have clear owners and goals
- Establish a clear governance to monitor the progress and ensure proper communication
- Engage with the organization to ensure proper focus, resources and commitment
- Lead the end to end molecule inventory process by establishing the methodology, selecting the key molecules, ensuring workshops and action plan are set in connection with Platforms and Regional SC teams
- Ensure the yearly TGT setting process for inventory is aligned with the overall Program expectations
- Support the units to deliver specific yearly TGT
- Support the Reporting team to build the transparency on the actual results
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous
improvement of quality relevant processes within functional area * Maintain competency within the team, identify gaps through benchmarks and assessment and ensure proper knowledge build up in the company in terms of inventory managementWhat you need to bring to the role:
- Higher or business relevant education preferably in the area of supply chain, quality, economics/finance, compliance, regulatory, artwork/packaging design. Master/PhD in Management, MBA a plus.
- English fluent (written and spoken), further languages a plus
- 15+ years’ experience in a variety of Supply Chain, Planning & SC Excellence roles both at a site(s) and within different stages of supply chain processes, for large multi‐national organizations
- Experience in team development and leadership skills including influencing key stakeholders
- Technical knowledge/ understanding of Planning systems, process, risks and challenges
- Excellent knowledge of Business Processes within the pharmaceutical industry, especially regulatory controlled processes
- Excellence in global program and project management
- Highly experienced in change management
- Track‐record of working within a matrix organizations and leading delivery of results
- Broad knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning and life‐cycle management
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
