Global Head of People Experience PartneringIn a newly established role as Global Head of People Experience Partnering we are looking for a dedicated leader who will be responsible for leading the People experience partnering and labor relations global strategy, ensuring the implementation aligned to business needs and our People & Sustainability strategy, playing a critical role in promoting a positive organizational culture while addressing complex people-related issues.Seize global opportunitiesJoining our People & Sustainability community you will be part of an agile network of talented and ambitious people impacting more than 10,000 people working across the globe.   • Develop and implement the People experience partner strategy with clear SLA’s and KPI’s related to improve employee experience.
  • Ensure efficient and effective customer-oriented service.
  • Advise and coach managers in people matters related to performance, engagement, leadership development, and others, ensuring the implementation of the people process, projects and business needs, working in alignment with leadership business partners, Center of excellence and expert services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, while consistently applying company policies.
  • Provide support for organizational changes, minimizing legal impact.
  • Resolve complex issues related to employees, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and union relations.
  • Offer guidance and consultancy on various people-related matters.
  • Cultivate a positive organizational culture, intervening as needed to foster engagement.
  • Influence and impact employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Supervise customer service compliance, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

What you bring
  • At least 10 years of experience within People/HR functions working with Hire to Retire processes, continuous feedback, and operational excellence.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in leadership positions.
  • Global Experience with effective customer-oriented services
  • Educational background within Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Advanced English capabilities. Other languages are a plus.
