Job DescriptionJoin the Global Talent Team in Group HR as the new Global Head of Inclusion for Danfoss!At Danfoss, we are committed to driving positive change by fostering a culture where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. As our Global Head of Inclusion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enabling our inclusion strategy to ensure an inclusive and equitable environment for our employees worldwide. You will be an active member of the leadership team in the Global Talent COE, contributing to the impactful role of the COE in supporting the Danfoss strategy.Additional information:
Reporting line: This position reports to Vice President, Global Head of Talent.
The team you will belong to: Danfoss is moving into a decentralized operating model. This makes our Global Talent Team a truly strategic partner to help keep global coherence in the key talent topics that make Danfoss a great organization. We are a team of Talent experts covering Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employer Branding, Graduate Programs, Inclusion, Leadership, Development and Talent Development.
Locations: Preferably Copenhagen or Nordborg, in Denmark. Other locations in Europe could be considered.

People management: Yes.Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to Global Inclusion Direction: Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to create and enable forward-thinking global Inclusion direction and initiatives, which drive measurable impact at Danfoss. Develop Global Inclusion policies and Inclusion branding.
Organizational Alignment: Align global Inclusion priorities with business strategy. Align Inclusion ecosystem across the organization, on the key topics that compose the global Inclusion agenda, while effectively enabling the business to drive their local Inclusion agenda.
Thought Leadership: Provide expert advice, insights and innovations to advance Inclusion across the organization, offering actionable solutions to complex challenges.
Cultural Transformation: Nurture an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, contribute, and grow. Help to embed Inclusion in all Talent processes and in the Danfoss Culture.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Oversee the impact, connection to the strategy and operating model of ERGs, ensuring they align with organizational goals, foster employee development, enhance community-building, and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
ESG Integration: Embed the Inclusion strategy into Danfoss’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable development.
Metrics & Communication: Establish and report on KPIs to measure program effectiveness and continuously evaluate and improve Inclusion initiatives. Provide outstanding Executive Communication on key Global Inclusion topics.
Global Inclusion Training: Lead the development of global standard Inclusion training programs fostering awareness and Inclusion. Lead the selection of global vendors and the implementation of global partnerships. Design and lead selected high impact initiatives and programs.
People Management: Lead and develop of one Inclusion Specialist. Coordinate and mentor colleagues across the matrix organization.Background & SkillsWhat you bring:Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (required). Master’s degree or Inclusion certifications (preferred).

Experience and personal attributes:

  • 10+ years of experience in global DE&I strategy development and execution, with a preference for experience in large global manufacturing organizations.
  • 7+ years in HR or related fields, with expertise in organizational change and talent management.
  • Proven track record of leading cultural transformation and aligning Inclusion initiatives with business objectives.
  • Experience managing global teams or projects and leveraging data to measure Inclusion impact.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align Inclusion strategies with business goals and ensure effective execution across regions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix organization, working across multiple teams, business units and continents to drive Inclusion initiatives and ensure alignment with both global and local business objectives.
  • Track record effectively aligning Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and driving ESG integration (preferred).
