You will have the opportunity to challenge yourself on Nordic projects, working with above-market and cross-functional teams, under the supervision of your dedicated Coach and Mentor. You will get an understanding of how the BAT Finance departments of Corporate Finance, Planning & Reporting and Commercial Finance work together to achieve outstanding business results. AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE YOU:

• Recently graduated with at least a Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Finance or similar.
• Manage to combine an analytical mindset and a creative problem-solving approach.
• Are driven, ambitious and proactive.
• Are an inspiring and engaging individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English, both orally and written.
