As Global FP&A Specialist, you will support global transformation initiatives, you will be dedicated to drive a variety of Projects and Profitability analyses. 

What you will do:  

-Monitor cost development and execution (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend) 

-Bring insight on Standard costing improvement, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation 

-Implement work standardization across the global network 

-Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls 

-Support transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required  

-Build productivity Project Business Case end to end, (P&L, improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX) 

What you need to have:  

-3+ years of finance or accounting experience within a corporate environment 

-Ideally manufacturing background or Supply Chain experience 

-Ability to interact with cross-functional teams globally 

-Ability to drive business decisions across the organization 

-Strong understanding of finance and operations 

-Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than just the finance function 

-Experience in a matrix organization 

-Experience in SAP is required 

-English is required and any other European main language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish)
