Job Description:Global Finance Analyst – Royal Canin HQ (M/F/X)Segment : Royal Caninlocation : Aimargues (near Montpellier)Type of contract : PermanentAs a purpose-led business, Royal Canin objective is to improve the health of cats and dogs through nutrition, to deliver our vision the business will drive fundamental transformations to fund our strategic choices.The Global FP&A team is influencing, driving and monitoring those choices.The Global Overheads Analyst will have three main missions:Global Overheads Analysis and InsightsBudget control, management and business partnering of Campus functions (S&F, P&O, R&D, Legal) Drive continuous improvement, simplification and standardization plus adoption of Overheads digital tools.What are we looking for?Master’s Degree BA / Business School, preferable in Finance5 years’ experience in finance minimum, including business partneringVery good communication skills both oral and writtenSelf-driven and highly motivatedCuriosity for digital tools to step change information analysis and connectionExcels in data analyses and insightsProven ability to create collaborative relationshipsLanguage skills: English is a must, open to no French speakers but French proficiency is a plusWhat will be your key responsibilities?Global Overheads Analysis and Insights :This role will be supporting the Leadership team with meaningful analyses of our current overheads performance vs targets and will facilitate conversations amongst relevant audience.She/he will drive standardization of overheads process and reportingShe/he will also play a driving role in terms of systems, allocations, overheads playbook, digital tools.
