As Associate Manager, Digital Marketing you will be leading and executing Digital Center of Excellence initiatives in Europe to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and support teams deliver media, creative and consumer engagement excellence by applying regional strategy and aligning local teams’ plans with local agencies.

You will be supporting both regional and local teams globally by providing recommendations/advice to countries/clusters on digital media investment, guidance to challenge the local media agencies to deliver more efficient digital media plans. Follow up, monitor, and help to optimize the digital campaign performance. Support the Digital Center of Excellence/Global Innovationon & Insights digital content and assets development when needed.

You will be leading global initiatives including global media reporting and analysis, roll-out of new tools and technologies and supporting teams’ adoption. This includes creating content and selling stories to help teams understand the value of the new tools and get how it can help them deliver their business goals.

You will be handling EU Media Agency partnership by being the contact point to support both the agencies and BIC local teams, holding media partners accountable to the agreed upon SLA while support them delivering the scope of work with the quality expected by local teams.

You will be managing the consumer engagement process and monitoring local teams’ performance ensuring that all consumer complaints are resolved and engaging manually on large scale cases to bring the right support.

  • Data Management Project Support in EU Consumer Engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studied business majoring in marketing

  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience

  • Strong Presentation skills

  • Negotiation & Influencing skills

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • PowerBI is a plus

  • Problem solving skills

  • Project Management exposure

  • Attention to details & rigor are key for this role

  • Experience in media buying

  • Strong analytical skills & data driven mindset
