Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz!Job PurposeWe seek for a Global Digital HUB Marketing Engagement Manager who will be responsible for providing support for key product launches and strategic established portfolio through the E2E content production, transcreation and creation process for Regional and Global Marketing Teams and coordinate localization of created assets to ensure on time delivery and best in class quality.Your Key Responsibilities:Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Work with Global / Regional Brand Marketing Teams and local markets representatives to build proper content plans, understand and co-create a customer journey and plan perfect execution of the campaign.Coordinate content production team and medical counterparts. Adapt global above market content to local label requirements to ensure content is compliant and ready for execution in marketsManage content and activity demand forecasting and prioritization process with content production team to ensure campaign executions with appropriate regional governance.Coordinates with production and medical team on demand planning, content approval, production, and launchExecute multichannel integrated plans in a timely manner to markets for each customer group (accurate translation of content, coordination with medical and relevant 3rd parties)Provides brief for content and production studiosCoordinate with local agencies on media planning and buyingEngage with countries and other internal stakeholders as required to communicate updates on scope, execution plan and timelinesWork with MCM channel operations team to ensure effective and efficient use of global digital platforms including latest best practices, updates or releases including new functionalities and channels

What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:4-5 years’ experience in brand management/product management/marketing or advertisingExperience in digital marketing / strategies / content production is a mustFluent English (oral and written) is requiredAbility to engage cross functionally with various stakeholders to drive the business forwardHigh communication and interpersonal skillsDesirable Requirements:Additional languages are an advantageAgency background or project management experience would be a strong assetPMO experience would be a strong assetWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
