We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Compliance Director to lead the establishment and refinement of our Compliance function. This senior-level role is pivotal as we transition from our Parent Company, requiring a leader with a strong background in compliance and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carve-Out and Adaptation: Lead the separation of our Compliance function from the Parent Company, ensuring a seamless transition and adaptation to our specific needs.

* Code of Conduct and Policies: Refresh and adapt the Parent Company’s Code of Conduct and global compliance policies, including standard operating procedures, to align with our organisation.
* ESG/DE&I Policies: Update and tailor the Parent Company’s ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) policies to our company’s context.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to support and implement compliance program requirements throughout the company.
* Anti-Corruption Monitoring: Ensure the Parent Company’s anti-corruption monitoring processes, including entertainment, gifting, contributions, sponsorship reviews, and third-party due diligence, are effectively ported over.
* Trade Sanctions Monitoring: Oversee the internal trade sanction monitoring program, managing the scanning platform and handling the clearing/escalation of results.
* Conflict of Interest Management: Partner with Internal Audit to address compliance matters related to conflicts of interest.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and report on ethics and compliance data and metrics.
* Legal Support: Assist the Legal Counsel in preparing compliance-related materials for reporting purposes.
* Ethics Hotline Management: Oversee the management of the company’s Ethics reporting hotline.
* Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on regulatory developments in compliance practices and provide timely updates.
* Project Leadership: Undertake additional key projects as determined by the Legal Department leadership.

Education and Certifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
* Current or in-process compliance certification is preferred.
* Proven experience in overseeing and managing compliance programs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the compliance landscape of our company as we embark on a new chapter. If you are a proactive leader with a robust compliance background and a strategic mindset, we encourage you .
