At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job OverviewThe Global Compliance Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for deploying company-wide initiatives to support TE Connectivity business units (“TE”) with all aspects of data and analytics for product environmental compliance. This role involves monitoring and analyzing data trends, creating impactful reports and metrics, and maintaining the integrity and quality of the data-driven aspects of product environmental compliance through continuous improvement activities. The Global Compliance Data & Analytics Manager is required to understand the business impact of new or changing data needs and proactively develop processes, systems, and tools to ensure the company can efficiently track, analyze, and report on environmental compliance metrics and risk.
The Global Compliance Data & Analytics Manager is a member of the Corporate Product Environmental Compliance (PEC) team and reports to the Global Director of Product Environmental Compliance. This role works closely with Regulatory Subject Matter Experts, as well as Business Unit Compliance Leads, TE Information Systems (TEIS), Procurement, Legal, BU Sustainability Managers, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain world-class data management and reporting systems. The position requires an experienced professional with a broad understanding of data analytics, global environmental compliance trends, and a demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive data management tools.Responsibilities:
