Job Description:And are you passionate about working globally with Compensation & Benefit that support the Milestone Systems’ strategic goals and that are instrumental in retaining and attracting talent, then we have the right position for you?We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefit Specialist, who will play a central role in designing, implementing and managing our programs for our 1,400 employees across 25 countries.Global People Operations & Operational Excellence is a key component of the People & Culture department at Milestone. - Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals.
- Analyze compensation and benefit data to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement a consistent compensation philosophy.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and execute compensation and benefit plans.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and benefits packages to ensure our salary structures are competitive and follow industry standards.
- Drive our annual salary adjustment process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, salary structure, and market trends.
- Collaborate with regional teams on local Compensation & Benefits.
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure standardized and documented processes across all regions.
- Serve as the Process Owner of Compensation in Oracle.
- Connect the dots between regions, headquarters, and other functions.
Your Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems preferred Mercer.
- Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work interdependent and as part of a team.
- You speak and write English at professional or higher level as our company language is English.
