You will be part of the growing ROCKWOOL Group HR team overseeing all global HR processes. The team is characterized by openness, inclusion and ambition, and there are currently two team members focus on Global compensation and benefits. You will play a key role in ensuring effectiveness of our C&B projects and processes, contributing to the organization’s success while collaborating in a highly ambitious and supportive environment.What you will be doingAs a Compensation & Benefits Expert in ROCKWOOL you will through your daily work make a difference by supporting and guiding HR and leaders in matters related to position grades, benchmarking, job evaluations, market pricing, and promotions. You will be involved in and lead annual C&B processes, global projects, and you will ensure that they’re executed efficiently, timely, aligned with their intended scope.Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing ambitious targets, maintaining up-to-date C&B policies, tools, processes and ensuring their effective implementation. You will also drive consistent follow-up and reporting efforts.In a decentralized organization with stakeholders spread across multiple geographies and levels your strong communication skills will be key to building sustainable relationships. By promoting consistency and transparency, you will deliver outstanding service and support organizational alignment.We’re committed to fairness, and your role will help ensure that compensation and benefits are aligned with the market, distributed equitably, reflecting our dedication to all our employees.You can expect up to 20 days of travel per year.What you bringThe ideal candidate has a relevant background with at least 5 years of experience in similar role in an international matrix organization. Previous responsibilities include internal and external benchmarking, reporting and analysis, global salary surveys, stakeholder and project management, research and evaluation of market pay levels and trends.We are looking for a positive and communicative hands-on team player with a business-oriented mindset, who also has the ability to independently manage projects and tasks.Your Key qualities are:
