You will have fascinating rotations to explore study management for Research (Rx) and Vaccines (Vx) projects and the landing role will be in Global Clinical Delivery team.If you are a graduate with the passion to take accountability for designing, planning and executing the delivery of global Phase I to IV clinical trials to ensure it is delivered on time, to a high quality, within budget and all in line with company standards and scientific requirements, then this is a role for you!You will have the opportunity to operate as a Study Manager (SM) and contribute to deliver the clinical study to time, cost and quality, ensuring inspection readiness by taking an oversight over project conduction. You will have a broader impact on the business, by driving continuous improvement initiatives within their remit of expertise, sharing best practices across business, with a focus on increasing operational delivery efficiency. You will also build close collaborations with other SMs, Study Delivery Leads (SDLs) and Study Delivery Specialists (SDSs) to share best practices, experience and support process improvement.On completion, you will have had the opportunity to develop key skills in study management along with gaining experience of working with functional subject matter experts to help you succeed as a SM.What will you do?Manage study execution of trial(s) from start-up through close-out in accordance with study budget and timelines with the focus on setting up, maintaining and ensuring completeness of internal systems/databases/tracking tools and project plansWork in collaboration with the SDL to provide end to end operational and administrative support for study delivery activitiesMonitor study conduct and progress, identify, resolve and escalate risks/issues which may impact delivery of the study to the necessary quality, timeline and budget objectivesInteract with other study team members across different functions to ensure all issues, risks and successes with study delivery are reviewed and/or shared as they occurSupport Clinical Team in quality and data oversight to ensure inspection/audit readiness, including oversight of eTMF completenessFacilitate and maintain interactions and meetings with internal and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of assigned studies.Set up and maintenance of clinical trial management systems and tracking toolsPrepare and update of study documents and study plansLearn about the drug development processGain broad experience across the field of clinical research and variety of therapeutic areasLearn to manage projects and prioritise tasksWhat are we looking for?To be a motivated and proactive graduateA passion for science and delivering medicines and vaccines to patientsThe ability to adapt to changeAbility to understand and balance the broader business needs with the needs of the specific studyHighly developed communication skills and the ability to promote effective decision makingExcellent influencing and negotiation skillsThe ability to build internal and external relationships at all levels in a highly dynamic and matrixed environmentProject management skillsCreative thinker able to demonstrate through study deliveryEffective problem solving and conflict resolution skillsWhat do we offer you?A competitive salaryAn annual bonus based on company performanceRelocation Allowance (eligibility will be confirmed once your first location is confirmed)Employee recognition programs, which reward exceptional achievements
