YOUR ROLE

The Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) will be responsible for achieving growth targets of Air & Ocean Products in line with the Air & Ocean global strategies.

He/She will support Global, Regional and Local BD organizations to provide expertise and guidance on major opportunities to ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and integrated within solutions.

The GKAM will collaborate with Air & Ocean product teams to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upsell.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Collaborate with Air & Ocean product leadership to reach sales targets (NBW + Traded Volumes) per product and geography.
  • Participate actively with Product leaders and GTM in the Sign off of the major A&O Tenders
  • Communicate product strategy and growth targets to all BD organization
  • Collaborate with regional / local BD to ensure adequate BD Air & Ocean coverage and performance monitoring
  • Deliver product training to specialized Air & Ocean BD with the support of BD sales upskilling team
  • Connect with all BD (local, regional, global) to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification is aligned with product strategy and priorities and to ensure pipeline and sales activity is aligned with growth targets
  • Support GKAMs for strategic approach, product expertise and value proposition to our key accounts
  • Collaborate with sector leaders to promote existing / support development of sector specific capabilities within Air & Ocean
  • Be the Voice of Customer to the operations and escalate critical resolution items that represent a risk to the business within Air & Ocean product
  • Promote up-sell across regions and across other products

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Master’s Degree in logistics, business or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • 10 years’ experience in Senior management within Air & Ocean
  • Proven track record in leading the development and implementation of Market business strategy.
  • Experience of working across multiple geographies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the international logistics industry. 
  • Deep expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in Ground & Rail.
  • Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement
