As a Global Air Logistics Integration Expert, you will be responsible for providing expertise in data integration solutions. Your role will involve assisting with project coordination, documentation, and solution design ensuring smooth execution and delivery of integration projects. Project execution tasks include validation of EDI specifications and requirements, logical mapping, request programming slot, system preparation, testing, provide go live sign-off. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
Support the Customer Integration Team on Data Integration Solutions and Integration Solution Design focusing on 3rd Party Integrations
Consulting on Data Integration Solutions
Contribute to innovation and development
Execute Data Integration projects according to the Air Logistics Customer Integration project process and way-of working (new projects, CRs and internal migration)
Project execution tasks include validation of EDI specifications and requirements, logical mapping, request programming slot, system preparation, testing, provide go live sign-off
Manage steady state and support after go-live
Document the interface support for handover to global service team and store for future support effort
Document project progress, support requests and invested efforts via Jira and Request Tracker
Provide solution support of implemented integrations, coordinate, where necessary, with our global service team
Collaborate and share knowledge with Air Logistics Customer Integration Team
Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen
You have acquired ideally at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
You have project management skills and can translate business requirements to the other teams
Knowledge and understanding about logistics is required
Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
Passion for customer excellence, a willingness to learn, to be self-managed and to work well within a team
Ability to work well under pressure whilst ensuring quality and procedural guidelines are adhered to at all times
You speak english fluently, an additional european language is an advantage
