Title: Global Aesthetic Injector Academy Medical DirectorCompany: Ipsen Pharma (SAS)Job Description:PositionJob Title: Global Aesthetic Injector Academy Medical Director – NeuroscienceDivision / Function: Global Medical Affairs, NeuroscienceManager (Name, Job Title): Dr Hamzah Baig, VP GMA NeuroscienceLocation: UK (London), France (Boulogne-Billancourt), USA (Cambridge, MA)Summary / purpose of the positionLead and continuously improve a Global offering on advanced Toxin Injector training through preceptorships, Key Thought Leader engagement and Medical Education partnerships that is recognized to be Best-In-Class and truly impactful on clinical practice and patient outcomes.Main responsibilities / job expectationsLead Medical Education and HCP Training strategic planningBe accountable for the delivery of the Aboface and other Medical Aesthetic Training Programs including project and budget management, Steering committee engagement, agency managementDiscover and build relationships with new potential centres based on business need, due diligence and their expertiseEmbody a culture of continuous improvement so that the offering remains relevant and impactfulCoordinate peer-reviewed publication in the scientific literature the impact of the program to support scientific credibilityCollaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure the program is embedded in the wider Neuroscience strategyAct as consultant to the commercial Injector Training initiatives and participate in joint projects as requiredBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the program and support the goalsPartner with international societies to deliver Medical Education projects as per brand strategyServe as the GMA point of contact for IME support requestors (i.e. academic institutions, professional societies, medical education providers).Maintain appropriate external relationships with key IME-related professional organizations and industry alliances and forums.Lead the strategy for Scientific Communication Planning including congresses and publicationsKnowledge, abilities & experienceAdvanced Clinical/Science degree (e.g., Ph.D., MD, PharmD) in the life sciences or other relevant scientific or clinical disciplineA minimum of 5 years of Medical Affairs experience within the Pharmaceutical/ Biotech Industry or Medical Education Agencies.
