The ideal applicant will take charge of boosting revenue, maximizing profit margins, ensuring client delight, and meeting contractual obligations across various international regions and corporate divisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Formulate and implement a worldwide account plan to foster business expansion and sustainable client alliances.
* Cultivate high-level stakeholder connections, serving as the main liaison for executive client interactions.
* Pinpoint and pursue fresh commercial prospects, contract extensions, and account growth projects.
* Spearhead financial negotiations, pricing models, and the administration of contracts.
* Take charge of the account’s financial health, overseeing revenue, profit margins, budget projections, and cost efficiency.
* Guarantee the fulfillment of all contract terms, quality benchmarks, and client requirements.
* Partner with diverse internal teams across global territories to enhance operational standards and client satisfaction.
* Mitigate commercial risks and leverage new prospects while maintaining adherence to corporate compliance and governance protocols.
* Mentor, guide, and nurture commercial staff to achieve top-tier results and ongoing operational enhancements.

Requirements

* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
* A minimum of 10 years of professional background in commercial leadership, strategic account oversight, or business expansion within complex service sectors like aviation, food service, hospitality, or travel.
* A track record of successfully directing extensive global or multinational client portfolios.
* Robust financial and commercial expertise, encompassing P&L oversight and contract administration.
* A proven history of navigating intricate negotiations and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
* Familiarity with operating within global matrix corporate structures.
* Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and networking capabilities.
