As a Go-To-Market assistant for both brands, you will contribute to build robust, cohesive and seamless consumer journeys/360 Go-To-Market strategies via orchestration of all the touchpoints & Marketing and Creative departments internally, in order to increase global brands awareness, desirability and engagement in key regions and markets. You will also contribute to drive and coordinate markets to make sure the global brands strategies are in line with local executions & activations.
MISSIONS:
§ INTERNATIONAL COORDINATION:
- Ensure strong relationships with regions and markets from a Global standpoint. Project management & follow up to gather:

all the Marketing’s departments documents (strategies, guidelines, ad hoc material…) at a Global level
-
all the markets’ requests/needs, to make sure Global teams address these
-
in order to ensure a perfect alignment between Global Brands strategies and Local activations
§ REPORTING/ANALYTICS:
- Build consolidated reporting on a Project (New Product Launch, Repromote, Ad Hoc campaign) basis, via standardized reporting to assess markets campaigns performances:
o from a 360 marketing standpoint (Event, Earned/Influence)
o with a focus on upper funnel (Branding & Consideration) Paid Media: Digital, Video and Paid social-centric)
§ STRATEGY:
- Help GTM management to build 360 activations ecosystems and strategies,
§ INTERNAL BRANDS DEPARTMENTS COORDINATION:
- Help to coordinate the different Brands departments, specifically Marketing and Creative, to ensure smooth communication in between, to address respective needs at a Global level (Content & Assets lists, processes standardization and documentation formalization…)
§ AD-HOC PROJECTS:

360 competitive benchmarking & analysis (Activations strategies, 360 Campaigns, Visual Merchandising, Instore experiences, Social … in the overall Luxury and Beauty industry) / Best practices identification

Amplification via boost/sponsored budget of influencers partnerships & content.

Support in the design of all the Consumer Marketing presentations, to be shared with the top management, regional and markets teams
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Soon to graduate from a business school, with at least 1 first corporate work experience
· Fluency in French and English is a mandatory
· Luxury/Beauty savvy, 360 Marketing, Media & cosmetics/luxury savvy
· Creative / Analytical / Synthetic / Autonomy / Proactivity
· Conscientiousness and precision in projects follow-up
· Mastery of basic tools Word, Excel, PPT
· Flexibility & ability to handle several projects / stakeholders / key contacts
· Interest for overall marketing topics in luxury/beauty industry is critical
