Gifting & Animation Senior Project Manager CDI H/FLANCASTER – COTYThis is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact. You’ll get to work in a diverse environment with a team who are passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way.RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate Gifting & Animation Senior Project Manager. Withing the brand team, you will be integrated to the global Marketing team, you will be in charge of animating the brand, developing full 360° animations during key commercial periods, creating promotional offers, with a big focus on China.You will also be in charge of creating a full animation plan that includes promotional and GWP offers but also merchandising elements (glorifier), specific visual & assets for key commercial periods (Christmas, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, etc.).Your main focus :The development of the offers includes:

• Design the offers (pouch and Gift with purchase) with specific suppliers
• Work with brand product managers to compose the offers with full and specific promo sizes
• Work with Engineers & Buyers once design is locked to process in industrial development within the brand’s constraints (quality, cost, timing)
• Work hand in hand with brand trade marketing to:

• Create a gifting menu in line with markets’ needs
• Ensure local specifities are taken into consideration to match local needs
• Consolidate a menu which is to be shared with markets
• Manage the offerings for markets
• Propose guidelines to expose products @POS and on e-retailer website
• Manage the administrative lifecycle of the offer
• Define best in class benchmarks to nourish the creativity & commercial interest of our offers
• Manage the financials (profitability, costs, …)

YOU ARE A COTY FITAs an experienced Gifting & Animation Senior Project Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have the agility to interact with several different functions
• Have Marketing / Trade marketing experience in an international environment
• Are very creative to ensure brand DNA is respected and magnified
• Have a sense of rigor to manage different programs (Christmas, Valentine’s, Mothers’ & Fathers’ Day)
• Have good communication skills
• Speak fluently both French and English
